批貨後的面對酸痛，與再也無法用意志力控制的肌肉們，
只有靠泰國好朋友來幫忙了，外加傳統中式亂刮一通！

最近天氣不穩定，店長都不能盡情地在外奔跑，只有在家當家管，
雷聲起，牠就會彈起，屋內稍稍有個被風吹動的聲音，牠也是受驚地亂竄............
這麼大隻，膽子卻很小，小得可愛～

這是無辣不歡的我，最近的新發現，
雖然離真正的"辣"還有一大段距離，但是以點心的辣度，這款蛋捲已經很優秀了～

在我的店附近就有一間『幾分甜』，平常在店裡實在沒機會過去買東西，
直到上一回打烊後去宜蘭，往高速公路的路上經過了店門口，
驚覺到還沒品嚐過麻辣蛋捲！！  立馬派人下車去買～





一桶拎著就可以走的包裝很方便，不會像傳統蛋捲那樣開了就得吃完，

迷濛中，以為只是剛從夢裡醒來，

卻.............

對於巧克力這類甜點，我偏好濃厚口感，苦甜巧克力一直是我家囤貨商品之一。
心情好不好都可以來一塊，85%上下為佳！ 因為愛喝黑咖啡，所以那點苦味兒對我來說不算什麼～





一般的巧克力海綿蛋糕無法滿足我，所以只要有選擇機會都是直接跳過，
但是有咖啡口味的蛋糕或甜點就另當別論，很奇怪的偏好我自知XD

記事本，記事，練心，也練字.............

我該慶幸我的記憶體非常的小，很多事情，容易忘記，但是感覺會留下來，
於是，模模糊糊地，我不記得發生了什麼事，卻留著傷心或遺憾。
也許是選擇性的忘記，這樣也好，開心的事我好像記得深一些XD

沒辦法，本人鑽牛角尖不到頭破血流不罷休。

事實證明颱風根本是虛晃一趟，今天天氣一樣悶熱，
好像只有昨天半夜認真地下了一點雨........

不過這樣也好，最近我在努力提高新陳代謝，
這種天氣下我還是冰手冰腳，靠著多喝水與運動逼自己飆汗^^

早上來杯現榨果汁與大量的水，咕嚕咕嚕灌下去，
許多水果（櫻桃+++++）與蔬菜，開心的一天就是要這樣過！

With support from the United Nations, one of the restaurant's missions is to help save the planet - meaning to combat global warming, water shortages, air pollution, animal extinction, land degradation and deforestation - simply through what we eat.

Studies show that to produce one kilogramme of beef requires 50,000 litres of water, while it only takes 2,500 litres to produce the same amount of rice. Methane emissions from livestock is also a substantial contributor to climate change, and clearing forests for animal-based industries has led to land degradation and the extinction of many species.

Therefore, with more than 100 outlets in 20 countries including Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Panama, the UK and the US , Loving Hut offers an accessible starting point for those interested in a transition to a plant-based diet.
